SpotMelts uses your email address to create your account, send sign-in tokens, and manage membership access.

We also store account activity needed to run the dashboard, verify membership, and deliver lead alerts.

We do not sell your personal information.

Payment details are handled by the payment processor. SpotMelts stores payment identifiers and access status, not full card numbers.

We keep account, access, and support records while they are needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, prevent abuse, and answer support requests.
